I am inside of the My Salon Suites at 150 Arsenal Street in Watertown across from the Toyota dealership. The Beauty Parlor by Alex is suite number 202 on the right as you walk in from the foyer. Please wait to be buzzed in by me.

There is free street parking on either side of Arsenal st. There is also a free garage located in the back of the buliding. To access the garage turn at the lights next to Title boxing, from there you can use the stairs or elevator to go one level up.

I continue to follow all CDC guidelines. All of the My Salon suites are outfitted with Hepa filtration systems. I ask that all clients adhere to the CDC's reccomendations when it comes to close contact or infection. The cancellation policy will still be enforced for last minute changes due to exposure or symptoms.

As I do not have a receptionist e-mail is the most effective way to reach out to me. Please know that all messges will be returned at my earliest availability Monday thru Saturday from 8am until 7pm. Please book all appointments online, but don't hesitate to reach out via e-mail if your desired time isn't available.

I allow for a 5 minute grace period, but if you will be later than that please reach out via text, e-mail, or DM as I will be able to see these on my smart watch. Be aware that if I am with a client I may not be able to respond. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be required to reschedule, or to forgo a portion of the service. Keep in mind I do not have support staff, so each step of your service is performed by me. Please be respectful of my time and that of the client after you.
